“To the Ends” Documentary Film Series
Participant Consent & Release

This document confirms your agreement to participate in the To the Ends documentary series produced by Ride Nature.

1. Participation
I agree to be filmed, recorded, and/or photographed as part of the To the Ends documentary project. This may include interviews, candid footage, and related media captured during production.

2. Use of Content
I understand that Ride Nature may use my image, voice, likeness, and story in the documentary and in related promotional materials, including but not limited to film releases, social media, websites, and other media platforms.

3. Story Integrity & Intent
Ride Nature is committed to telling stories with honesty and care. It is their desire to accurately represent my testimony and experiences, and to avoid misleading or misrepresenting information. I understand that storytelling involves editing and shaping content for clarity, impact, and flow.

4. Creative Direction & Final Decision
I acknowledge that Ride Nature, as the producer and director of the project, retains full creative control and final decision-making authority over all aspects of the film, including editing, narrative structure, and final content. I agree to this and understand that my participation does not grant me approval rights over the finished film.

5. Collaboration & Consideration
Ride Nature values the people and stories involved in this project. While final decisions remain with the production team, they desire for me to feel respected and honored in how my story is shared. They are open to feedback and will make reasonable efforts to consider my perspective throughout the process.

6. No Compensation / Release of Rights
I understand and agree that my participation in this project is voluntary and unpaid. I further acknowledge that if the documentary or any related media generates revenue now or in the future, I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or financial participation of any kind arising from my appearance, story, or likeness in the project.

7. Voluntary Agreement
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am choosing to be part of this project with full awareness of how the content may be used.
