ABOUT THE TRIP
Shortly after returning to Florida from the first couple of trips that we led as an organization, we began to feel convicted of the need for ministry right in the community we lived. While our heart and passion was to travel to the ENDS, we were overlooking the those right around us.
The last words from Jesus that are found in scripture are in Acts 1:8. He’s speaking to the disciples when he says, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
This passage has not only been the motto and tagline for Ride Nature, but it has laid the foundation for the work that we are leading. When Jesus shared these words with the disciples, they were in Jerusalem. It was the place they were based out of. Their local city. For us, our Jerusalem is Southwest Florida.
Episode 11 is a bonus episode to this series. It shows the behind the scenes for what it looks like day in and day out for the Ride Nature organization and highlights 2 of the most recent stories of the lives that have been impacted through the consistent and intentional efforts over the past 10 years to invest into the community in which we exist.

& LONGTERM VISION
While the organization is based out of SWFL, all of the work we are leading globally is being prayed for, planned, and prepared here in Fort Myers. Our internship program is based out of SWFL, we are leading consistent outreach at 4 different skateparks each week, every other Saturday leading Wake Church at Revolution Cablepark, and we host a weekly Men's, Women's, and Homeless Bible study. The harvest is plentiful here in our community and we're always praying for more workers. We’d love to invite you to join us in that prayer for more staff, interns, and volunteers.
As we are continuing to grow, we're working on sustaining that growth by increasing our general operating budget and want to thank you for considering investing into the work that we're leading.
